Fresh Bread Investments has adopted this privacy policy with recognition that protecting the privacy and security of the personal information we obtain from our customers is an important responsibility. We also understand that you expect us to service you in an accurate and efficient manner. To do this, we must collect and maintain certain personal information about you. We want you to know what information we collect and how we use and protect that information.

Information Fresh Bread Collects: We collect certain non-public information about you (“Customer Information”). The purpose of collecting Customer Information is to allow our firm to provide advisory services to you. Customer Information we may collect will include:

Information that you have provided on applications or other forms. This Customer Information may include personal and household information such as income, spending habits, investment objectives, financial goals, account statements, and other records concerning your financial condition and assets, together with information concerning employee benefits and retirement plan interests, wills, trusts, mortgages, and tax returns.

Personal information such as your name, age, address, social security number, etc.

Information about your transactions with our firm, or others (e.g., broker-dealers, clearing firms, or other chosen investment sponsors).

Information we receive from clients’ reporting agencies (e.g., credit bureaus), as well as other various documents we may use to provide an appropriate recommendation or to fill a service request.

Protection of Your Information: We restrict access to your non-public personal information to only those employees who need to know that information to service your account. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural protections that comply with applicable federal or state standards to protect your non-public personal information.

Information Disclosed: We do not disclose the non-public personal information we collect about our clients to anyone except: (i) in furtherance of our business relationship with them and then only to those persons necessary to effect the transactions and provide the authorized services (such as broker-dealers, custodians, independent managers, etc.); (ii) to persons assessing our compliance with industry standards (e.g., professional licensing authorities, consultants, etc.); (iii) our attorneys, accountants, and auditors; or (iv) as otherwise provided by law.

We are permitted by law to disclose the non-public personal information about you to governmental agencies and other third parties in certain circumstances (such as third parties that perform administrative or marketing services on our behalf or for joint marketing programs). Parties are prohibited to use or share the information for any other purpose.

Supplementary Privacy Notice to California Clients

Under California’s “Shine the Light” Law, California residents are entitled to receive from each business with which they have an established relationship, certain disclosure concerning the release of their personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Consistent with this California law, we will, if applicable and upon your request, provide you with a list of the categories of personal data so released and the names and addresses of all third parties receiving such information. In order to exercise this right, you must submit a request for the disclosures. Your request should be addressed to Compliance c/o Fresh Bread Investments – 150 South Pine Island Rd STE#363 Plantation, FL 33324, and we will, subject to our recordkeeping obligations under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and other applicable law, delete such information from our files.

Former Customers: If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will adhere to our privacy policies, which may be amended to comply with future regulations.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy: In the event, there was a material change to our privacy policy regarding how we use your confidential data, we will provide written notice to you.
